Directions:

• 1 to 2 capsules every morning, preferably with meal

Precautions:

• Consuming capsules at night may cause difficulty in sleeping.
• Do not take more than recommended dosage.
• If currently under medication, do not stop medication.
• When combining with other ProVie or Living series products or any other probiotics products, do not exceed total of 2 capsules per day.
• Over dosage of probiotics may lead to more than normal digestive side effects such as excessive flatulence and/or diarrhea. If side effects are observed, re-hydrate with plenty of water.
• Avoid alcohol at least 3 hours before and after taking capsules.
• Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding.
