What Is Veg−Omega® 3?
The benefits of omega 3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA’) are well understood, providing support for brain, eye and heart health. Omega 3 fatty acids are most commonly consumed through oily fish or by taking a daily fish oil supplement. However, fish actually obtain their DHA and EPA by consuming microalgae. This advanced formulation is derived from a natural algal source which is rich in the omega 3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA.
